After the initial design consultation if you decide to proceed further with us we can provide state of the art 3D visualisations of the proposed project prior to producing planning drawings. As you can see we pride ourselves on the attention to detail and aesthetics of any proposal as this is always the time to get everything absolutely right.
Once plans have been approved by the local authority our team then prepare structural and constructional working drawings to full building regulation approval through our in-house design centre.
Prior to starting any work we provide a structured quotation and schedule of works including a time frame and provision for agreeing alterations to the contract while work proceeds. Our site manager will always endeavour to keep you informed at all times throughout your project.
